When we added features that launched our app into a new category—from notetaking to productivity—our core messaging needed to evolve. So I wrote a script telling our new product story. Then I collaborated with our video producer and a line-up of voice actors to make it come to life.

Need video that performs on social media? There, your content is one tiny square in a sea of others, flitting past your viewer’s eyeballs. So for this script, I used glanceable value props and a story arc that’s clear, even if the video is muted.

New features can rekindle interest in a brand—with the right messaging. This means finding a use case that speaks to your customer’s needs. So for this video on our Calendar feature, we focused on meetings: why they’re important, why they usually suck, and how to make them better.
