Content That Sparks Engagement
Below are five very different projects with one thing in common—they boosted customer engagement. Whether it was driving traffic to our app or getting people to try a product for the first time, my copy helped move the needle.
Inspiring a new-year journey — Evernote
Around the new year millions of people are setting new goals to pursue their dreams. Great news if you’re a SaaS productivity brand! So we launched this campaign to show our customers how our tools could help them accomplish their next big thing.
Weekly active use. It was hugely important for our business. Virtually every project had to help increase the amount of users who engaged with the app in a given week. To this end, I drafted a ton of push notifications, each delivering a value prop that drove the customer to make a habit of using our app.
Encouraging new habits — Evernote
Accomplishment in your inbox — Evernote
Existing customers need to see the value your product brings to their lives. That’s what this email is all about—a reminder to the user of how much the product has helped them achieve.
The email messaging changes based on the user’s level of activity. To see the email with the full design treatment, click the button below. To see a copy doc with all messaging possibilities, click here.
As a new video presentation brand, our social posts needed to tick a lot of boxes at once. Establishing our expertise—check. Building our user base—check. Encouraging downloads without the slimy used car salesperson vibes—check!
Building trust on social — mmhmm
Elevating a dining experience - Bentoville
Bentoville was a fun change of pace from the tech world. For this project, I provided copy that introduced our audience to the joys of dim sum, helping us sell out every seat in the house.
